After turning 30 a few years ago, I became very interested in anti-aging tips and products. My grandmother’s are only one year apart and when they were in their 70s, I began to notice how different their aging speeds were. Two – Be Careful of What You Consume
Eating healthy foods not only helps to maintain a smaller waist line, it also helps your body and skin to slow the aging process. Eating highly processed foods can take a toll not only on your physical health but on your complexion and skin as well. Also, avoid smoking at all costs! My grandmother who looked a decade older than she was was an avid smoker and was evidence of the toll that smoking takes on your body.
Three – Anti-Aging Products
