Happy Mother’s Day!!  Yes, I know I’m a little early, but the day will soon be here.  I’m lucky to have such an awesome mom, so I was excited about the opportunity to partner up with her to model a dress from Monroe and Main that is just perfect for Mother’s Day, spring weddings, Sunday brunch, or almost any occasion – the Hand Crocheted Jacket and Dress.

The Hand Crocheted Jacket and Dress is surprisingly soft – not like the old school crochet afghans that might be on your Grandma’s couch.  It’s made of ramie and cotton and feels great to the touch and is very comfy to wear.

The dress is fully lined in nylon, which makes it a breeze to wear and the empire waist is flattering on so many different figures.

We both liked that it has a cute little matching jacket with crochet-covered buttons.  The jacket is  also perfect for adding a little flair to other sundresses or other summer outfits and would even look great with jeans.

    My mom opted for the same dress you both received and she loved it as well! She said it was very soft and breathable and reading about the material it’s made out of, I can understand why now 🙂

    I know exactly what product I’d select. Its the Sprocket Shoe by Life Stride shoes. I have a hard shoe side (10.5 wide) to fit and fit at a regular price. The Sprocket Shoes are wide, large, comfortable and versatile because they are black. Also, they are my favorite style, flats.
