Tonight I had a very special sneak preview into the behind-the-scenes preparations for Macy’s Glamorama 2013. A big part of the show is the makeup looks specially designed by Lancôme National Makeup Artist, Alex Sanchez. I had the opportunity to get the inside scoop on some of Lancôme’s newest products, which will be used to transform the models.
Lancôme Teint Visionnaire Skin Correcting Makeup Duo – This amazing foundation corrects dark spots, pores and fine lines. The larger part of the bottle you see is the Skin Correcting Foundation, which naturally evens out the complexion flawlessly and visibly improves pores and fine lines day after day. Then you flip up the little cap to reveal the Precision Spot Corrector, which visibly corrects spots, dark circles and all types of imperfections.
Lancôme Génifique Eye Light-Pearl Eye-Illuminating Youth Activating Concentrate – I had a chance to try the first eye-illuminating serum from Lancome. It transforms the eye area to be more luminous, smoother and reduce bags. It feels quite amazing going on. The cool smooth applicator offers a relaxing mini-massage experience and I felt like my eye area was slowly staring a transformation – let’s hope! Per the product info, “After 4 weeks of use, results show 78% of women thought that the eye contour was visibly removed.”
The dark light of our photo, doesn’t do it justice, but my friend Kelly of MuddyFlowers.com and I had a chance to model the new Lancôme Gloss in Love Collection. It comes in a super-cool click-to-open tube and you can choose from 12 fresh new colors. The unique shape of the applicator hugs your lips, make it as easy to apply as it is to wear.
You still have a chance to buy your tickets for the big event Friday night. It is a fabulous event and the after-party is the can’t miss event of the Minneapolis social scene.

Disclosure: I was a guest of Macy’s at the Glamorama preview event. Any opinions expressed are my own.
Lancome always seems to have the most luxurious products. I would love to try out that Skin Correcting Duo.
I haven’t tried Lancôme beauty products yet. But they look stunning and high quality. You look stunning wearing hem!
Oh, I’d like to try that! It’s never too early to start a serum like that.
Its so funny, now that I have 3 nieces to shop for birthday gifts I am actually interested in this subject. After all, these types of gifts help solidify my standing as best Uncle ever!
Mitch
I haven’t heard of any these yet but that eye brightening solution looks like it might be worth a try!
