Radical Beauty: How to Transform Yourself from the Inside Out

- When it comes to your diet, make sure you aren’t totally avoiding fats! Include easily digested beauty fats such a avocados, coconut oil and chia seeds in your diet. Avocados are a rich source of nourishing beauty fats, vitamins and lecithin to nourish dry skin!
- Hydration is a MUST! Drink plenty of room temperature water to keep your body hydrated. Another option is eating lots of sweet, juicy fruits which help hydrate your skin from the inside. Externally, you should avoid very hot showers and limit the time you spend in hot baths as this can dry out your skin as well.
- For your skincare routine, add an extra boost of moisture. Try incorporating a face mask on a regular basis like the Radical Beauty Skin Texture Smoothing Mask (recipe and instructions below) to see your skin become smoother with diminished age spots! It contains coconut yogurt which is a great source of amino acids and probiotics, carrot is high in skin-brightening beta-carotene and antioxidants, lecithin to nourish dry skin, leaving it feeling soft and smooth and avocados.

Interesting, I didn’t realize how simple it was to make. I am always surprised how many strange ingredients with long scientific names there are in facial care products so I like how your recipe is natural.
Great Tips! I’ve never thought that, a smoothie can be used as a skin care mask. Thanks for putting it together.
Natural skin care products are the best route to go. I like how simple your recipe went together.
It’ll be hard not to lick it off my face because I’m mildly obsessed with avocado! But I’m sure the mask will make my skin feel and look amazing.
Oh I so feel you about the dry skin, mine is always dry during the winter months. Now, I’m interested in trying this mask recipe to see if it will work on my skin plus I like that the ingredients are natural no chemicals. I had a bad reaction from a skin mask product so I’ve stayed away from them all.,
This is pretty neat, I have never made my own beauty masks before. This would be such a money saver!
